Two versions of PPC Voice are available to capture data-rich dictation for secure and automatic transfer to the company.

• PPC Voice Enterprise is ideal for large organizations with wireless networks. PPC Voice Enterprise uses EasyList, Medical Transcription Company’s middle-ware server, to securely transfer patient details from your HIS to your PDA and to send voice files to us for transcription services.

• PPC Voice Professional does not require the EasyList middle-ware server. PPC Voice Professional provides a simple interface for receiving patient demographics and uses EasyTransfer to send voice files to the company.

Both versions of PPC Voice deliver all of the features of an advanced, fully automated dictation application and use the latest Windows® Pocket PC technology for high-fidelity recordings.

Transcribed reports can be delivered using any of the company’s output modules (EasyPrint, EasyLink, or our EMR), or retrieved directly from EasyFlow.
